Refund & Return Policy
Returns - our satisfaction is Serenity Health & Wellness Ltd priority. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within fifteen days from the date of shipment. Please message on info@phbusiness.net and include your order number to begin the return process. Be sure to include your name and reason for the return as well.
Refunds - Once you have contacted us about a return and we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please be patient with this process.

Defective Items - Please message us via our info@phbusiness.net and include your order number to begin the process. Be sure to include your name and description of the defective product as well.
Exchanges and Order Cancellations - Your satisfaction is Serenity Health & Wellness Ltd priority. If you would like a different product instead of the one you purchased, you may exchange the product within fifteen days from the date of shipment (product needs to be in good selling condition and packaging must not have been altered). Please send us an email with your name, order number, the product you would like to exchange, and the new item you would like.
