Recommended dosage: mix 12 g in 350 ml of water. Drink the drink no more than once a day before training. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage: ⅓ measuring cup = approx. 12 g. Mix the recommended dose properly in water. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months. Undissolved particles are visible in the drink after mixing, which is a natural property of the product.
