How to use

Recommended dosage: drink 1 shot 15 minutes before physical performance. The maximum daily dose is 60 ml. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Usage: intended for direct consumption or dilution into a sports drink. After opening, use the contents of the bottle immediately. Shake before use! Possible slight cloudiness is not a defect of the product. The tingling sensation is a natural reaction!

Warning: Food supplement, with sweeteners. Contains caffeine (200 mg / 60 ml) - not suitable for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. Designed especially for adult athletes. It does not replace a varied diet. Do not take on an empty stomach. Consumption with other products containing green tea should not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Store out of reach of children! Nice for a trial, but personally, not for me. I did not like the taste, took 2 flavors but both would taste the same, and does not work as a pre workout for me, i beleive that i need something stronger than this.. But thank you, customer service was good!
