Protein Muffins

Chocolate flavor: whey protein concentrate 31% (acidity regulator sodium citrate), sweetener xylitol, rice flour, dried coconut oil (glucose syrup , modified starch, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide), baking powder (raising agents diphosphates and sodium carbonates, corn starch), chickpea protein concentrate, polydextrose, cocoa, dried egg white, dried eggs, dark chocolate pieces 2% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin emulsifier), citrus fiber, aroma, anti-caking substance silicon dioxide, thickener cellulose gum. May contain traces of soy.

Vanilla flavor with raspberries: whey protein concentrate 32% (acidity regulator sodium citrate), sweetener xylitol, rice flour, desiccated coconut oil ( glucose syrup, modified starch, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide), chickpea protein concentrate, baking powder (raising agents diphosphates and sodium carbonates, corn starch), polydextrose, dried egg white, dried eggs, lyophilized raspberries 2%, citrus fiber, aroma, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, thickener cellulose gum. May contain traces of soy.

Recommended dosage: Mix a dose of 65 g (approx. 3 slightly heaped measuring cups) with 60 ml of water and mix until a smooth dough is formed. The daily dose should not exceed 65 g = approx. 3 muffins (according to the size of the molds).

Usage: Pour the prepared dough into a muffin tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 12 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the type of mold and the characteristics of the oven. Allow the muffins to cool after removing from the oven. After opening the package with the mixture, use within 2 months.

Warning: Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Protect from heat, frost and moisture.
